Taking a family-centered approach, we advocate for our client and guard the best interests of not only our client, but also of the children.  At times, we represent children in divorce, parentage or separation proceedings.  We encourage the use of mediation and collaborative law practices when possible, but are fully prepared to litigate when necessary.  We regularly attend national and state workshops and trainings in child development and best practices regarding children.  Jennifer Wagner is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Addison County Parent Child Center, and both Jennifer Wagner and Jonathan Heppell are dedicated Juvenile Public Defenders.
